Chops ‘N’ Gravy is a Luxembourg based blues band founded in 2024. The band was formed by four blues musicians with a passion for recreating the true essence of blues music, deriving from the depths of Juke Joint culture.

Chops ‘N’ Gravy deliver an energetic performance influenced by artists such as Junior Kimbrough, RL Burnside, Lazy Lester, Otis Rush, The Red Devils, Elmore James, Charlie Musselwhite, The J. Geils Band, James Cotton, John Lee Hooker, Buddy Guy, Paul Butterfield, Muddy Waters, Magic Sam, Johnny Winter, Lonnie Mack, George Thorogood, and more.
